If using employment, paystubs, or an offer letter proving income will be required. If receiving assistance from family, a completed “Acknowledgement of Payment Assistance Form” is required. Repair requests may be submitted using the online tenant portal, by calling the manager’s office, or by submitting a request in person at the manager’s office. Repair requests are triaged by the management company, which maintains a staff of maintenance personnel. Maintenance requests are often handled same-day, if possible.
